ABOUT APPROVAL OF THE LIST OF QUARANTINE AND ESPECIALLY DANGEROUS ANIMAL DISEASES

In accordance with article 1 of the Law of the Russian Federation of may 14, 1993 N 4979-1 “On veterinary science” (Gazette of the Congress of people’s deputies of the Russian Federation and the Supreme Soviet of the Russian Federation, 1993, N 24, item 857; Meeting of the legislation of the Russian Federation, 2002, N 1, item 2; 2004, N 27, item 2711), sub-paragraph 5.2.24 of the Ministry of agriculture of the Russian Federation approved by Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from June, 28th, 2004 N 315 (Meeting of the legislation of the Russian Federation, 2004, N 27, item 2778), order: 1. To approve the List of quarantine and especially dangerous animal diseases according to the application. 2. Control over the implementation of this Order to assign to Deputy Minister S. G. Mitin.
